You accept these booking terms on behalf of all members of your party.

2.USE OF SITE. Any booking made or order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant accommodation and/or travel arrangements subject to these booking conditions. The copyright in all hotel reports, slides, photographs, images and other materials on this site rests with Estravel or its suppliers. Your access to the material does not give you a license to reproduce, distribute or otherwise use this material, apart from downloading it into one computer for your personal use only.

3.THIRD PARTIES. Estravel does not endorse or recommend any particular accommodation product. Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this web site is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on this web site is published in good faith. Some services or facilities may be different from those shown on the websites of the hotels. Links to other sites not operated by Estravel AS are solely for your convenience.

4.AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have legal authority to enter into this agreement and all the information supplied by you is true and accurate. All bookings are personal and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.

5.TRAVEL DOCUMENTS. Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility. You are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance against cancellation and for medical cover.

6.QUALITY GUARANTY. Estravel does not accept any responsibility for the quality of hotel accommodation. In case of dissatisfaction with the accommodation service provided, please contact the supplier staff directly to solve the problem on spot. For bookings of accommodation and services Estravel accepts responsibility only for the acts and/or omissions of our employees except where they lead to death, injury or illness.

7.FORCE MAJEURE. Estravel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations, which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance, which is beyond its reasonable control. The following shall be regarded as examples of such circumstances: acts of nature, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, revolution, the act of any government or authority, fire, flood, lightning, explosion, bad weather, interruption or failure of a utility service (including but not limited to electricity, gas, water or telecommunications), renovations undertaken by the hotel, strikes, lockouts or boycotts, embargo, blockade.

8.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Estravel AS and/or its affiliates assume no responsibility and shall not be liable for any claim, damage or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in this website or your downloading of any materials, data, text or images from the site. In no event shall Estravel AS or any third party providers be liable for any loss, injury, claim, damage, or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to lost profits or lost savings), which arises out of or is in any way connected with any use of this site.

9.EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY. Estravel AS does not make any representation about the suitability of information, products and services on this site for any purpose. The site is provided on an "as is" and on as "as available" basis. 12.GOVERNING LAW. Your booking and any claims arising out of or related to this website are governed by the laws of Estonia and are subjects to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.

13.CURRENCY. Prices are shown in EUR with approximate values in local currency. Prices are subject to fluctuations depending on daily exchange rate.

14.RESERVATION DEADLINE. Online bookings will not be accepted less than 48-120 hours prior to the date of arrival (depending on hotel). On request bookings are accepted until 24 hours prior to arrival on Mon-Fri (except weekends and national holidays).

15.CANCELLATION DEADLINE. Requests for cancellations and changes must be made by e-mail at reservation@baltichotels.com . Cancellations notified directly to the hotel or other accommodation will not be effective. Cancellation charges will be applied in relation to the notice period between notification of cancellation and the date of stay Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations and cases, if you do not check-in on your arrival date - referred to as a No-Show - hotel has a right to apply penalty and your card will be charged in a sum, equivalent to the cost of your first night's stay. All changes and cancellations will be confirmed by e-mail.

16.PAYMENT POLICY. All reservations are guaranteed by credit cards. Your credit card will not be used until 72 hours prior to your arrival at the hotel to check the validity and funds on the card or in case of violating the cancellation terms. Payment for your accommodation will take place at the hotel either by credit card or cash.
